Nakhodka Customs Office is getting ready to transfer customs declaring of goods to EDC

03.04.2018

Nakhodka Customs Office is getting ready to transfer the issue of goods declarations to Electronic Declaration Center (EDC) by the end of 2018. The Customs will still have functions connected with registration of vessel arrival and departure, customs search, samples collection. Two EDCs are operating in the Far Eastern region: in Khabarovsk and Vladivostok Customs, which accept electronic customs declarations remotely.

Nakhodka businessmen will submit goods declarations to EDC in Vladivostok Customs Office. Such a possibility, according to the foreign trade participants, will significantly reduce the time of goods release and financial charges.
